Mike attributes his achievements to genuinely caring for the success of his clients and working energetically until their expectations are exceeded.
Born and raised in Southern California, Mike started his real estate career leasing and selling office space in Downtown Los Angeles. He worked at one of the largest brokerages in the world, Cushman & Wakefield, and had a successful career representing some of the most prominent tenants and landlords in the city.
One of Mike's note-worthy accomplishments was representing the landlord who sold their building for $22M which was the highest price per square foot sale in history on Broadway in Downtown LA. Shortly after this deal, Mike and his wife decided to move back to Utah where they met in college where he now focuses primarily on residential real estate and investment property transactions.
